Ad Hoc statement on the Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs’ administrative proceeding

July 28, 2023

Ad Hoc is pleased to have resolved its documentation issue with the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) and the Department of Labor. Ad Hoc cooperated with OFCCP to swiftly produce the documents it requested, and the complaint with the OFCCP’s administrative agency has been resolved.

We are pleased to have put this matter to rest. Ad Hoc has been subject to no fines, penalties, or adverse contract actions.

As background, Ad Hoc was notified in late May 2023 that OFCCP had filed an administrative complaint alleging that the company had not responded to a routine information request from OFCCP and subsequent follow-ups from the agency.

We moved quickly to remedy the issue. In less than two weeks, we produced all requested documentation to respond to all of OFCCP’s information requests.

Our team then worked with OFCCP over the next several weeks on additional follow-up requests. At that point, OFCCP and the company agreed to an order resolving the administrative complaint.

Ad Hoc remains fully committed to the principles of equal employment opportunity and affirmative action consistent with government requirements.
