Scott has a diverse background in UX management, design systems, and front-end development. For almost two decades, he’s been dedicated to improving online experiences for US citizens. His focus includes making websites user-friendly, adhering to web standards, creating efficient design systems, and ensuring accessibility for all. He strives to work transparently, rely on data-driven decisions, and simplify complex processes.
Scott has collaborated with both federal and local government agencies. Some notable organizations and projects include the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), National Science Foundation (NSF), Thrift Savings Program (TSP), Login.gov, Cloud.gov, Kentucky.gov, and most recently the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
