Louis is a software engineer with a passion for projects that matter, previously working on a handful of open data programs for various government organizations. He joined Ad Hoc in 2017 and has spent five years contributing to and improving the end-user experience of HealthCare.gov. In his spare time he practices the guitar, plays a variety of tabletop games and video games, and obsesses over all things A Song of Ice and Fire.
